Driver updates

  1. The Quick Link menu can be opened by pressing Windows + X together.
  2. Go to the menu and select Device Manager.

  4. Using “clean use x”: /server/share /persistent:yes, enter it without any quotes.
  5. Install or remove the program on the drive letter indicated by x.
  6. Your computer needs to be restarted after you close the prompt window.
  7. If your program does not work, try installing it or uninstalling it.

Disconnect the network drive

  1. In order to open File Explorer, press Windows + E at the same time.
  2. The left menu area will allow you to select this PC.
  3. The Tools menu can be opened by pressing Ctrl + F1.
  4. From the window’s top, click Map Network Drive.
  5. The Disable Network Drive option will appear in the drop-down menu.
  6. Ensure that error 1327 does not occur when you install or uninstall your application.
