I can still see my email on Hostgator webmail by logging in to CPanel and choosing the [email protected] account. Using Thunderbird’s Troubleshoot Mode provides no further information.

I need the convenience of my Thunderbird access restored.

  4. Press Enter to execute the following command.

  6. Ensure that the computer is restarted after you close the command line.
