Hey, made this throwaway to hopefully get help with a Netflix issue that’s been driving me crazy for a week. Hopefully this is the right place to post this. The error code: M7053-1803 for Chrome, H7053-1807 for Explorer My setup: Windows 8, running Chrome, (pretty nice build computer that was streaming netflix fine until around a week ago). Both error messages say this: There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again. My attempts to trouble shoot that have failed: Refreshed page. Restarted computer. Reset all cache, browser history, cookies on both browsers and restarted. Re-installed Microsoft Silverlight. Re-installed both browsers and restarted. Contacted Netflix and their tech person was pretty dismissive and said I hadn’t cleared my cookie history and closed the session (He wasn’t like rude, my guess is he just couldn’t figure it out).
