Change the printer settings

  1. The Printers window can be found in the control panel.
  2. For more information, see the video below. It is very important to set the correct printer as the default printer in your computer.
  3. Go to What’s Printing and right-click the default printer.
  4. Remove any cases that remain unfinished.
  5. If Use standalone printer is selected, turn it off in the queue window.
  6. Connect the USB cable to the printer and disconnect it from the computer.
  7. The printer connection needs to be checked and the router/switchboard needs to be restarted if it has a network connection.
